GAC Featured Golden Age Cover – Top Notch Comics #14 (1941)

This issue of Top-Notch Comics #14 from 1941 features the fifth appearance of the Black Hood, a popular MLJ superhero.   MLJ is best known for the introduction of Archie Andrews in the pages of Pep Comics #22 in December of 1941.  This cover of Top-Notch Comics is especially cool for its horror theme.  Enjoy!
